Garner Chamber Forms Business Academy

Presenting Monthly Educational Programs Debuting on July 15

GARNER, NC, June 23, 2010 /Human Resources PR News/ -- Helping area businesses achieve greater productivity, the Garner Chamber of Commerce formed a teaching Business Academy, debuting in July with monthly educational programs known as "People Make the Difference."

"Good business is all about effectively working with employees to help them achieve their highest potential and increase efficiency for greater productivity," said Neal Padgett, chamber president. "Presenting relevant educational programs can only enhance all involved."

Inspiration for the series came from The HR Group Inc., a regional human resource management firm, which is co-sponsoring the programs with law firm Ogletree Deakins, Jones Insurance and Planet Fitness.

Scheduled for the third Thursday each month, "People Make the Difference" sessions are held from 8:30 a.m. to 10 a.m. in the Chamber's offices at 401 Circle Drive in Garner.

The scheduled programs for 2010 are:
