LBi Software and HelpServer now partners
WOODBURY, NY, June 18, 2010 /Human Resources PR News/ -- LBi Software is pleased to announce a new partnership with 4 ST. As a HelpServer implementation and integration partner, LBi Software will offer consulting and delivery services for 4.ST's HelpServer product in the United States and Canada.
HelpServer is a multiplatform, web-based solution for management of help and documentation throughout an enterprise. It is a server application that can be deployed as a content management system and as a help system. It is also equipped with an authoring tool.
LBi Software will also use HelpServer to enhance its HCM applications. For example, HelpServer can be used to create online Benefits Guides or knowledgebases which can then be integrated with LBi Software's CaseManager and B-Enroll products.
