Retensa Green Grant Announces Finalists in Free HR Service Grants for Eco-Friendly Organizations

Announcing the finalists of the Retensa Green Grant, an initiative designed to advance environmentally responsible organizations by creating exceptional work environments.

NEW YORK, NY, July 22, 2010 /Human Resources PR News/ -- Retensa, a leader in talent management research and retention solutions, announces the finalists of the first Retensa Green Grant. The free service grant supports environmental focused companies providing green services, creating green energy, and developing green products or food. The service awards enable organizations to leverage Retensa's expertise in attracting, recruiting, training and retaining top talent for competitive advantages in the green industry. When implementing talent management best practices throughout the Employee Life Cycle, winners will improve their competitive advantage by focusing on their core business while Retensa helps them hire, train, and motivate their employees to deliver it.

"All the signs are pointing toward a future where green companies attract talented employees and talented employees are attracted to green companies. Investors, management, and other stakeholders should take note that profitability is built on the shoulders, brains, and dedication of satisfied workers. It stands to reason that green workers help grow the bottom-line."
