With 20 years of professional experience, Ms. Martin's expertise includes project management, objective execution and high quality deliverance. Prior to accepting her current position, she was a part of WW Grainger's leadership development program, in which she moved throughout various divisions to analyze business operations. While working in this capacity, she noticed the impact of that her actions had on the company's revenue, growth and client satisfaction.
Since 2005, Ms. Martin has been the director of project management for the largest of three markets within Hewitt Associates. In her position, she leads the implementation of large benefit projects, which focus on project management discipline and processes. She is currently leading a company initiative that focuses on enhancing business success, leveraging project management disciplines, and synthesizing information. She attributes her success to her tenacity, the pride she takes in her work, her great mentors and the early influences of her father.
A graduate of DeVry University's Keller Graduate School of Management, Ms. Martin earned a master's degree in human resource management in 1998. One year earlier, she received a Master of Business Administration. A member of the Project Management Institute, Inc., Ms. Martin is a project management professional. She is also a member of the Menttium Corporation, a company that provides professional mentoring programs and services. Ms. Martin lends her services to Willow Creek Church on a volunteer basis. In the future, she intends to grow professionally and further her impact on project management.
