Padilla has been accepted among the prestigious ranks of Stanford Who's Who as a result of her magnificent work in the Manufacturing Industry. As Manager of Human Resources for Anthony International, as well as throughout her incredible 26 year career, Griselda has routinely exhibited the passion, vision and dedication necessary to be successful in the business world.
Originally established in 1958, Anthony International is the world's leading manufacturer of commercial glass refrigerator and freezer doors, lighting systems, and display equipment. They offer a wide variety of energy efficient doors and frames, sliders, specialty shelving, custom glass, viewing windows and the latest in lighting technology.
Griselda is responsible for managing and overseeing all phases of human resources for the company as well as training, hiring and promoting from within the company. She was the recipient of the Manager of the Year Award in the San Fernando Valley in 2007 and the Top Manager Award in 2009. Griselda is actively involved in the community and has been part of the Hire LA's Youth program with the Los Angeles Chamber of Commerce for the past 3 years.
