As President of OLS Inc., Mr. Silva has consistently demonstrated the vision, dedication and diligence necessary to be successful in the business world.
OLS Inc. is a human resource and training organization which offers adult learning materials as well as consultation in team building and leadership development. Their mission is to research, produce, and facilitate experiential learning programs designed to maximize individual productivity and achievement of organizational goals. Mr. Silva has 15 years of experience as an external consultant facilitating training programs to large corporations and organizations in North America, South America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. Prior to OLS Inc., Edward was the Senior Vice President for HRDQ Consulting and he now represents their products as a segment of the offerings of OLS. He also served as Senior Vice President for The Fair, Inc. In addition, Mr. Silva has experience as a Management Training Specialist for Gimbels, Philadelphia, and as a private school teacher.
During his educational career, Edward earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Massachusetts at Lowell and has done graduate work at Temple University. He is a member of the American Society of Training and the Leadership Houston American Society of Training and Development. Mr. Silva has lectured both locally and nationally.
