Allen McReynolds is one of the youngest people to ever attain the position of general manager of maintenance in the airline industry
WICHITA, KS, June 17, 2010 /Human Resources PR News/ -- Allen McReynolds, General Manager of Hawker Beechcraft Corporation, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in business administration.
The former airline executive of a publicly traded company, Mr. McReynolds specializes in leadership, finance and operations management. Utilizing 15 years of experience, he currently serves as the general manager of Hawker Beechcraft Corporation, a manufacturing company providing designing and marketing aviation products including business jets, turboprops and aircrafts. Starting as a mechanic, he worked his way up very quickly from the floor to the positions of financial analyst, manager and now general manager. In his position, he oversees operations including maintenance, repair, human resources, production, profit and loss, and marketing, and supervises 100 employees.
Mr. McReynolds received his Master of Business Administration in Finance from Robert Morris University in 2000. After gaining extensive experience as a mechanic in the airline industry, he moved to the other side of the business. Currently serving on the Board of Directors of Aviation Career Enrichment, he attributes his success to his natural leadership qualities and passion for the industry.
