MATTHEWS, NC, June 17, 2010 /Human Resources PR News/ -- Jeremy Stephen Kacuba, Plant Manager for Lance, Inc., has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in management.
With 10 years of professional experience, Mr. Kacuba attributes his success to his strong values and discipline. As a plant manager, he is in charge of overseeing operations, coaching staff members, and strategic planning for staff development and order delivery. He is currently pursuing his Master of Business Administration in General Finance and Organizational Development from Warrington College of Business Administration at the University of Florida. In 2000, he received his Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Lafayette College. Mr. Kacuba has participated in three Ironman Triathlons involving swimming, biking and running held in Lake Placid, New York, Madison, Wisconsin, and Phoenix, Arizona. His efforts in the community earned him a nomination to the board of a local YMCA before he relocated to Charlotte Metro.
