Mary L. Flossmann Showcases Professional Brand through Cambridge Who's Who

STOCKTON, CA, June 23, 2010 /Human Resources PR News/ -- Mary L. Flossmann, Nurse Manager at Lodi Memorial Hospital, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in nursing.
With 38 years of professional experience, Ms. Flossmann attributes her success to the support she receives from her father, a surgeon and mother, a nurse. As a nurse manager, she is responsible for supervising staff members, evaluating staff performance, guiding and counseling patients and their families, hiring, overseeing patients, and budgeting. She has also worked as a registered nurse in the surgical intensive care unit and as a nurse manager in the cardiovascular intensive care unit.
Ms. Flossmann holds a certification in critical care nursing. In 2007, she received her Master of Science in Nursing Education, Summa Cum Laude, from the University of Phoenix. She is a member of the American Association of Critical-Care Nurses, the Academy of Medical-Surgical Nurses, and Sigma Theta Tau International.
