Karen Vaughn Showcases Professional Brand through Cambridge Who's Who
Karen Vaughn serves on the Board of Directors for the Society of Consumer Affairs Professionals
PORTLAND, OR, July 27, 2010 /Human Resources PR News/ -- Karen Vaughn, Vice President, Call Center Management for Guthy-Renker, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in operations and people management.
With over 22 years of professional experience, Ms. Vaughn's expertise is in vendor, client and team management. At Guthy-Renker, she oversees all call center operations including; customer service, telemarketing and consumer affairs. She is also responsible for managing a team who supports this multi-functional department. Formerly, Ms. Vaughn was employed as the VP of Sales and Client Services for HyperQuality where she lead her India based team while managing domestic US clients. She was also the VP of Client Services for a call center outsourcer, LiveBridge, Inc. She attributes success to her ability to build relationships both internally and externally and credits her professional networking as well.
In 1988, Ms. Vaughn received a Bachelor of Arts in communications from Eastern Washington University. She completed Dale Carnegie Training Courses and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Society of Consumer Affairs Professionals (SOCAP). Ms. Vaughn volunteers her free time to her children's school and church, Christ the King, and supports the Humane Society of the US. In the future, she hopes to obtain a larger leadership role which supports Global operations.
