EFMD Excellence in Practice Awards 2011 - Submit Cases Now
The Excellence in Practice Awards showcase outstanding Learning and Development partnerships.
BRUSSELS, BELGIUM, March 22, 2011 /Human Resources PR News/ -- EFMD is a leading international network of business schools, companies and consultancies at the forefront or raising the standards of management education and development globally. The Annual Excellence in Practice Awards recognise outstanding partnerships in Learning and Development.
Winning case-studies must demonstrate Operational Excellence (e.g. sustainable partnership & effective learning environment etc.); Excellent Programme Management (e.g. design, delivery, evaluation, selection methodology of participants etc.); and above all Strong Business Impact (e.g. alignment with corporate strategy, impact for company, incorporation in corporate HR processes etc.).
Areas of focus can include Leadership, Professional, Talent or Organization Development and the programme should be deployed by an organisation either with its in-house learning unit or with an external learning and development provider (Business School, Exec Education Center, etc).
The 2010 winners included:
- Sustaining Partnership - Ashridge and the National Trust
- Transforming IT managers - HSBC and LFGSM
- Leveraging the University Classroom - Prism, KickApps and Bentley University
- Search for leaders starts at home - Pon and ORMIT
- Engineering the future - MAN, WHU and Said Business School
The deadline for the submission of cases for the 2011 Award is: 1st May 2011. An information session webinar will be organised on the 7th April.
