The milestone brings time to reflect upon the significant achievements reached during its first year of operation. Under the leadership of a quartet of University of Central Florida (UCF) alumni, (CEO Diane Mahony, President Mark Moore, COO John Mahony, and Managing Partner Bill Peppler), Kavaliro has realized significant growth at both its Orlando and Charlotte offices. As of May 2011, monthly firm-wide revenues have grown 164% as compared to the first full month of operation. Kavaliro now directly employs more than a dozen search consultants between its Orlando and Charlotte offices, and has plans to bring on additional talent at satellite offices in Tampa, Atlanta, and Jacksonville over the next 12 months.
