Generational Expert Kim Huggins Speaks at 2011 Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants Leadership Conference

HARLEYSVILLE, PA, September 09, 2011 /Human Resources PR News/ -- Kim Huggins, generational expert and president of K HR Solutions in Harleysville, Pa., will be presenting "Understanding the Generations to Build a Better and Stronger Team" at the 2011 Leadership Conference hosted by Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA) at the Sheraton Harrisburg-Hershey Hotel in Harrisburg, Pa. on September 19, 2011.
Huggins, a frequent PICPA speaker, will present on how to harness the differences and similarities of the four generations in the workplace today in order to build strong and dynamic teams. An expert in generational issues and human resources, and author of GENerate Performance! Unleashing the Power of a Multigenerational Workforce, Huggins will address generational leadership and explore how businesses can identify and leverage the strengths of each generation. These are keys to impacting employee engagement, productivity and retention.
