New Jersey Companies Celebrate National Staffing Week

The American Staffing Association established holiday salutes the nearly 2.5 million Americans employed by staffing firms every day.

Wyckoff reports that in the past few months, TWG has seen an increase in client orders for direct hire employment. He states that job orders have nearly quadrupled in the area and will continue to improve throughout the rest of 2011.
Recent studies support Wyckoff's claim. A survey from CareerBuilder states that 35 percent of employers plan to hire in the remaining months of 2011, up from 28 percent in 2010. A recent Staffing Industry Analyst survey also reported a 10% increase in orders from staffing agencies specializing in direct hire.
"Organizations are outsourcing the hiring process to staffing firms for their vast network of connections," adds Wyckoff. "Staffing professionals reach out to the currently employed market and passive candidates in addition to the unemployed pool."
