Paulus began work in HR technology in 1995 with the aim of providing support for the new HR professional. He has 15 years of work in senior management which has helped him to understand the managerial challenges inherent in measuring human capital. Mr. Briels is the driving force behind Navigo's goal to increase the measurability and strategic weight of HR. Over the course of his impressive career, he has worked on ERP implementations and HRIS, distribution and retail systems around the world.
During his educational career, Paulus earned a degree in Hotel and Business Management from the Hotel School of Holland in 1977. He is a member of the Australian Human Resources Institute. In the time away from his busy schedule, Paulus is an outdoors enthusiast who greatly enjoys sailing.
