Cambridge Who's Who Names Peter N. Anastas Professional of the Year in Education Consulting
Peter Anastas harbors a passion for ensuring that all children receive a proper education
BAYONNE, NJ, October 14, 2011 /Human Resources PR News/ -- Peter N. Anastas, Consultant, has been named a Cambridge Who's Who Professional of the Year in Education Consulting. While inclusion in the Cambridge Who's Who Registry is an honor, only a small selection of members in each discipline are chosen for this distinction. These special honorees are distinguished based on their professional accomplishments, academic achievements, leadership abilities, years of service, and the credentials they have provided in association with their Cambridge Who's Who membership.
Drawing from more than three decades of experience as a school principal, Mr. Anastas serves as a private education consultant to teachers and educational institutions. He consults on his areas of expertise, including early childhood development, special education, social work, and curriculum development. In addition, he supervises teachers at the request of their employers. Mr. Anastas attributes his success to his dedication and passion for ensuring that all children receive a proper education.
In 2010, Mr. Anastas retired from his position of school principal of Washington Community School, which was honored as a National Blue Ribbon school in 2009. Prior to becoming a school principal, he gained years of experience as a social worker and supervisor. Mr. Anastas holds a master's degree in social work from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey. His professional affiliations include the National Association of Elementary School Principals, National Association of Social Workers and ASCD. In the years to come, Mr. Anastas plans to continue working with students, teachers, principals and other educational leaders.
