LAYTON, UT, October 29, 2011 /Stanford Who's Who/ -- Darcy Van Orden has earned the recognition of Stanford Who's Who due to her remarkable work in the area of human resources. As President of AEC Consulting, as well as throughout his brilliant professional career, Darcy has routinely exhibited the passion, vision and dedication required to be successful in the business world.
AEC Consulting is a company which provides human resource consulting services to clients nationwide, including recruiting, employee assessments, employee relations, salary negotiations, benchmarking, succession planning, talent management, ATS implementation, salary review, retention, and college recruitment/intern programs. They specialize in helping organizations improve their existing programs and processes or in the development of new programs.
During her collegiate career, Darcy earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice and Criminal Psychology from George Mason University. Prior to running AEC Consulting, she served as Senior Staffing Manager for Centennial Contractors, a national commercial construction company where she worked as the corporate recruiter hiring all personnel. Darcy was also responsible for running the college recruiting program where she recruited and hired their interns and recent college grads in the areas of Civil and Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, and Building Construction.
