THE NETHERLANDS, October 07, 2011 /Human Resources PR News/ -- Efficiency is time and time is money. How can we make training more available, anywhere and anytime? The company TrainingfortheTrainer just released a brand new product on the market. It's a training for trainers delivered online as a webinar. What is a webinar? It's a conference event to be shared with anybody anywhere online.
TrainingfortheTrainer created an online training course, with web based conference software as a platform. TrainingfortheTrainer chose free conference software because of their mission: to make training and education free for everybody anywhere and anytime around the world. This first free training is a milestone in the industry that is going to improve the performance of trainers all over the world.
To deliver quality in training, TrainingfortheTrainer chose to get certified by the International Board of Certified Trainers (IBCT). This resulted in certification of all their trainers and materials. TrainingfortheTrainer is striving to inspire people and give them opportunities to develop themselves in the field of training and workplace learning.
During the online session participants will be invited to chat, express their opinion during polls, ask questions, join quizzes, listen to lectures and make assignments. A practical e-book can be downloaded for free at the website. After the training participants are encouraged to apply the things they learnt.
