Global Diversity and Inclusion Foundation Announces Diversity Certification Program and Development Committee

Diversity credentials are the mark of high professional distinction

    ATLANTA, GA, December 14, 2011 /Human Resources PR News/ -- The Global Diversity and Inclusion Foundation (GDIF), a 501(c) (3) non-profit and a leading organization for creating and developing workplace diversity policies and procedures announces the formation of the development committee for the organization's Diversity Certification program.

The Global Diversity and Inclusion Foundation's Diversity Certification has taken the lead in the development of an exam that demonstrates mastery and real-life application of forward-thinking Diversity practices, policies and principles. Certification is an unbiased verification process that assures employers that those working for them have the correct combination of knowledge, skills, and experience to understand the diversity sector, diverse employee base, policies and laws that makes up today's successful workplaces.

The Diversity Certification Institute the program that the Diversity Certification Program will be housed under will offer two (2) certifications:

Certified Inclusion and Diversity Professional (CIDP)
Certified Inclusion and Diversity Executive (CIDE)

The Diversity Certification will be available January 2012 for professionals and executives to pre- signup for testing starting March 2012.

The certification development committee consists of diversity executives, employees and individuals from an array of workplaces.
