Andrew K. Macdonald has been accepted among the prestigious ranks of Stanford Who's Who as a result of his remarkable professional career.
MONCTON, NB, CANADA, May 4, 2011 /Stanford Who's Who/ -- Andrew K. Macdonald has been accepted among the prestigious ranks of Stanford Who's Who as a result of his remarkable professional career. As Owner of Angus Global Ventures, as well as throughout his incredible 20 plus years of experience, Andrew has routinely exhibited the passion, vision and dedication necessary to be considered among the best.
Angus Global Ventures is a company which offers E-Based Advice and products, human resource training, leadership coaching, and training. Mr. Macdonald is responsible for managing all major aspects of the business as well as overseeing the daily operations.
Andrew has led a career filled with accomplishments. He progressed from an entry level manufacturing operator role to managing Corporate Human Resources for Irving Group Moncton. Andrew led Irving production facilities in retention rates, absenteeism, internal promotion and engagement survey scores/participation. He also led Irving Personal Care to receive the 2009 Worksafe N.B. Award. In addition, Andrew developed a Pandemic Plan for site and corporate levels at Irving Group Moncton.
During his collegiate career, Andrew earned a HR Management Professional Development Certificate from the University of New Brunswick. He was the recipient of the President's Award of Excellence for UNB / NBCC HR Management Certification in 2007-2008. Andrew was the only previous student to be involved in the content change for the Human Resources Management curriculum at UNB,CCNB and NBCC in 2009.
