Victoria E. Ribon Showcases Professional Brand through Cambridge Who's Who
Victoria Ribon is pursuing a Ph.D. in Organizational Design and Leadership
FLORHAM PARK, NJ, May 13, 2011 /Human Resources PR News/ -- Victoria E. Ribon, Team Manager at Insperity. has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in human resources.
With 25 years of industry experience, Ms. Ribon has served as a team manager at Administaff (now known as Insperity) for six years. In her position, her responsibilities include managing strategic development and supervising a team of six human resource leadership professionals. She also recommends strategic HR practices for mid- and large-sized organizations.
Ms. Ribon is pursuing a Ph.D. in design and leadership from Argosy University. In addition, she holds a Master of Arts in strategic human resource management from Seton Hall University and a Bachelor of Arts in business management from Montclair State University. She is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management and the Professional Employer Organization. When she is not working, she is involved with the All Saints Episcopal Church within her community. Attributing her success to her focus and dedication, Ms. Ribon intends to progress to an executive position in the future.
