During her collegiate career, she earned an Associate Diploma in Business (HR/IR), Bachelor of Management in Employee Relations, and First Class Honors in Management from the University of South Australia in 1999.
Paulette serves as Chairperson for the Urban Myth Theatre of Youth. She is also a Board Member of the Bedford Industries Foundation, South Australia Industrial Relations Advisory Committee, and the Business Development Council of South Australia. Paulette was the recipient of the South Australia Telstra Business Women of the Year, Youngest Business Woman of the Year, and the South Australia Hudson Corporate and Private Business Woman of the Year awards in 2008.
