KENDALL PARK, NJ, June 9, 2011 /Human Resources PR News/ -- Sheku Kabba, MBA, Business Development Specialist and a Global Business Strategist, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who as a VIP of the Year for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in health care, human resources and business management.
For more than 15 years, Mr. Kabba has demonstrated his capacity to expertly coach health care professionals on business strategies and development. At the senior level, he possesses unquestionable integrity, credibility and ethics, which he employs when fusing his project management experience, knowledge of health insurance, corporate compliances, corporate social responsibility and competencies in sales system implementation and globalization. Doing this has allowed him to transform small businesses in his community into thriving enterprises. As a Business Development Specialist, Mr. Kabba has become one of the outstanding pioneers for Livingston Long Term Care (LTC) now called Discover Rx, which is a division of the Livingston Services Corporation, an affiliate of the Saint Barnabas Health Care Systems (SBHCS).
As an expert in business development, during the past 10 years he has been very instrumental to the development of the organization as a whole; his main focuses are on planning, motivating, organizing and controlling work to elicit positive results. In addition, with his excellent entrepreneurial skills, self-directive nature and expert presentation skills, he oversees medium to large size analytical projects, directs analysts and consultants, and coordinates CPG market research in health care environments.
Mr. Kabba collaborates with agency process owners to analyze business requirements and assist customers as they transition from legacy processes to solutions. He exercises leadership in order to move others to action, and exudes a broad range of technical expertise including financial, and contract negotiation and acquisition solutions. An award winning executive, Mr. Kabba was an Honor Laureate of the United Nations Environment Programme, and was recognized by the National Society of Collegiate Scholars (NSCS).
In addition to his comprehensive work experience, Mr. Kabba credits his education as a determinant of his success. Currently, he is pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) in international business, which he expects to complete in 2012, at Argosy University. He holds two MBAs, one in health care management, and one in human resource management, from American Intercontinental University, along with a Bachelor of Science in tropical community medicine and health. Ever dedicated to his profession, Mr. Kabba intends to continue implementing successful strategies in projects and global business environments and hopes to explore consulting and contract work.
