Kelly Johnson Supports Employees Developing their Skills and Talents

Ms. Johnson possesses 25 years of experience in her field and utilizes that expertise in her role as vice president of human resources at Rovi Corporation, a digital entertainment technology leader. In the demanding position for the past year, she employs her skill set in human resource management and development, people and program leadership, and global and employee business services. She provides direct human resource leadership for all general and administrative functions, including CFO, legal, HR and corporate development, and works with HR business partners supporting products and technology, and sales and marketing. In addition, she provides support for human resource operations across the European region and leads global training and development for all employees. Ms. Johnson holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Western Governors University. She has also completed an Executive Development Program for Human Resource Strategy at USC Marshall School of Business. In addition, she studied Medical Office Management at Everest College.
