Monica Kandrac Recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for Excellence in Recruitment
Ms. Kandrac plans to earn a master's degree to further her career
FAIRFAX, VA, February 16, 2012 /Human Resources PR News/ -- Monica Kandrac, Recruiting Manager for ECS Inc., has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in recruitment.
Ms. Kandrac has 10 years of human resources experience and has spent the last four years as a recruiting manager for ECS Inc., a professional services firm. An expert in information technology and networking, Ms. Kandrac is tasked with managing a junior technical recruiter and senior recruiter, recruiting for prime contractors, and participating in the operation of management meetings and weekly and monthly information technology job networking events. In addition, she searches for information technology personnel, works directly for hiring managers, and handles marketing and branding, all while maintaining and updating data systems and recruitment websites.
While in college, Ms. Kandrac was introduced to the human resources and recruiting industries, and realized that she enjoys working with people. Although her family worked in the medical field, she wanted to help people in a different way. Today, she is able to accomplish this goal on a daily basis. She is grateful for the support of ECS Inc.'s chief operating officer, to whom she attributes her success.
A graduate of Radford University, Ms. Kandrac holds a Bachelor of Science in human resources. She is a member of SHRM. Ms. Kandrac aspires to become the recruiting director of her company and continue building the business. She would also like to obtain a master's degree in information systems, which would enable her to be even more of an intricate part of ECS Inc.
